The Bluewater Bistro specializes in custom designing each menu for any special event.

NOTE: We include all necessary service items such as china, flatware & glassware 
AND the hourly wages for all of the staff in the listed prices. 
Additionally, when you rent the Yacht Club, all tables, chairs and linens are also included in the site fee.
 
Banquet Menus 

"Par" package
Reception includes an assortment of artisanal cheeses and an arrangement of fresh seasonal fruits 
and any three of the following.
Cuban Spring Rolls with sweet chile sauce
Brie and Roast Red Pepper Quesadilla with Mango Salsa
Chicken and Pesto in Phyllo Cup
Fresh Thai Rice Paper Wraps
BBQ Meatballs
Andouille Sausage and Sharp Cheddar Cheese in Puff Pastry
Asparagus, and Parmesan and Prosciotto wrapped in Phyllo
Artichoke Beignet with Smoked Paprika Aioli
Seared Ahi, Edamame and Cucumber in Asian Spoons
